About Me.
As a child, I became quite unwell with the lingering effects of EBV. Natural medicine provided a turning point in my recovery, and was also key later in my life for dealing with PCOS.
My Uncle (Andrew Cathles) is a great inspiration and valued mentor in my early years of practice.
I recognise that health and humans are multi-faceted and require an integrated approach.
With a range of techniques at my disposal, I aim to provide optimal outcomes for a range of conditions.
Women’s health is important to me, as the role of mothers (past, present and future) and care-givers has such a significant impact on the health of their families and broader community.
Having children of my own has highlighted the importance of "nurturing the mother" in order to support the family's health.
I sincerely hope to provide you with rest, relief, education and encouragement to be well and enjoy life.
