Natural medicine has been an integral part of managing my and my family's health and well being. Inspired by my uncle and mentor Andrew Cathles, I began my multi-modality career at Thornlie Naturopathic Centre in 2010.

I recognise that people and health are multi-faceted and therefore require an integrative approach. With a range of techniques at my disposal, I aim to provide rest, relief, education and encouragement to be well and enjoy life.

Women’s health is important to me, as the role of mothers (past, present and future) and care-givers has a significant impact on the health of their families. Having children of my own has highlighted the importance of nurturing the mother (an important Traditional Chinese Medicine concept) in order to support the health of the family and the wider community.
